Who we are
The tools we use, including a fully customizable user interface, are built into your firm's website. Your attorneys receive a structured case packet — documents, deadlines and facts already organized — instead of a voicemail and a round of follow-up emails.
The gap
Contact forms don't ask about signing deadlines, deferred comp or release terms, so every inquiry needs a screening call before anyone can say whether it's worth taking.
Without a connected back end, submissions sit in an inbox. People with a 21-day review window move on to the next firm.
Employees without a discrimination or fraud claim — who simply want a fair separation package — are routinely turned away, though their cases are well-defined and repeatable.
How it works
The intake lives inside your firm's website, under your brand. Prospective clients never leave your domain.
Questions built specifically for finance separations — tenure, comp structure, deadlines, the agreement itself — plus document upload.
Every submission arrives in the same format, sorted into potential-claim and negotiation-only matters and prioritized by urgency.
Your team reviews and responds. All legal judgment — and the client relationship — stays with the firm.
For partner firms
Rover Delancey works as a management services organization: we build, host and maintain the intake and the case-packet pipeline. We don't market for you, hold client relationships, or give legal advice.
Packets are built to need no extra calls or emails before an attorney can evaluate the matter.
Matters arrive bucketed by type and urgency, so the right attorney sees the right case first.
Open the door to negotiation-only separation matters most firms aren't set up to take efficiently.
Everything carries your firm's name. Client data is delivered to you and handled under your direction.
The 90-day pilot
We start with a three-month test run on your site and review the numbers with you each month. If the intake isn't reducing work for your team, you'll see it in the data.
Channel shift. Share of new separation inquiries that come through the intake rather than phone, email or voicemail.
Touches per case. Follow-up calls and emails needed before an attorney can evaluate a matter.
Client satisfaction. Whether the people who use it would recommend the experience.
Why we started
Rover Delancey began when our founder left a long tenure at a New York hedge fund with a separation agreement that seemed light. Calling around, he found that most firms didn't respond. Of those that did, getting the case started to see if it was a fit took calls and emails that felt like wasting everyone's time.
We built the intake we wished had existed: one that respects the employee's urgency and the attorney's time.

We're working with a small number of New York employment practices to start. A 30-minute call is enough to see whether it's a fit.
